Overdene House

Overdene House provides personal and nursing care for up to 70 older people across two floors with adapted facilities. At inspection, 54 people were using the service. However, risks to people were not always fully assessed or managed robustly. While some assessment and management plans existed, records did not demonstrate that staff had taken sufficient action to assess and mitigate all risks. Additionally, systems and processes to maintain oversight of the quality and safety of care were not effective.
