3L Care Limited

This service provides accommodation and personal and nursing care to up to six adults with complex needs, including acquired brain injury, physical and learning disabilities. At inspection, the service was at full capacity.

Staff adopt a holistic approach to assessing, planning and delivering people's care and support. Care plans are extremely detailed and identify intended outcomes for each person. Staff provide excellent care that is delivered according to people's preferences, achieving consistent and positive outcomes that exceed expectations. They work hard to provide a consistently better quality of life for the people they support.
