Winsford Grange Care Home

Winsford Grange provides personal and nursing care for older people, those living with dementia, and people with physical disabilities across four wings, with a current capacity of 33 residents.

Staff induction systems were not sufficiently robust, with newly recruited staff lacking proper oversight. Several staff had not been added to the training matrix and had not completed relevant training modules. However, residents felt safe at the home, with staffing levels determined through a dependency assessment tool.
