OSJCT Willowcroft

Willowcroft provides accommodation and personal care for up to 42 people living with dementia across two floors in a purpose-built building. The home is organized into separate households with shared lounge, dining, and entertainment spaces. At the time of inspection, 36 people were using the service.

The registered manager had implemented measures to keep people safe and manage associated risks. Staff demonstrated good understanding of their responsibilities to promptly report incidents in line with provider procedures, and showed a strong grasp of the actions needed to maintain people's safety.
