Holmhurst

Holmhurst provides accommodation and personal care to seven people with mental health support needs, with capacity for up to nine residents. People living there are happy with the support they receive and feel safe. Staff understand what is needed to keep residents safe and are confident that any concerns will be taken seriously.

The home assesses, records and regularly updates risks to people's wellbeing and safety, with staff supporting residents to manage these risks effectively. Residents receive support to take their medicines safely. People are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.
