Orchard Lea

Orchard Lea provides personal care for up to 37 people, including those with dementia or physical disabilities. The two-storey premises has passenger lifts for accessibility. At inspection, 21 residents were living there. While registered to provide nursing care, no one required this service at the time of inspection.

The home had made improvements since the previous inspection, addressing earlier concerns about governance and CQC notifications. Management had implemented stronger systems to monitor the quality and safety of care. Staff demonstrated effective communication with residents and families, and care planning reflected individual needs.
