Court House Residential Home

Court House Residential Home provides care and accommodation for up to 33 older people living with dementia. Following concerns raised with the CQC, inspectors carried out a focused assessment and found the service remained rated good overall.

Safeguarding, risk management and medicines were handled safely, and leaders had clear oversight of quality and performance. Staff had appropriate skills, though recruitment was ongoing to boost staffing levels, and some people said call bells were not always answered promptly. Not everyone was fully involved in planning their own care, but people and relatives spoke positively about feeling safe and well supported.
