Old Court Barn Residential Care Home

This service supports people with learning disabilities and/or autism in a domestic-style property registered for up to seven people, with seven people currently using the service. The building is designed to blend into a residential neighbourhood, with no identifying signs, intercom systems, cameras, or industrial bins visible from outside. Staff do not wear uniforms or identifying clothing that would suggest it is a care home, helping to maintain the service's integrated appearance within the community. While the size is larger than current best practice guidance recommends, the way the building is used and operated mitigates any potential negative impact on the people living there.
