Lyndale provides personal care to ten people with learning disabilities aged 18 and over, accommodating eight residents in one adapted building plus two independent living flats. Staff know people well and provide support tailored to individual needs, enabling residents to participate in activities within the home and community according to their preferences. People are supported with kindness and consideration, with staff trained in safeguarding and risk reduction.

Support is planned and person-centred, focusing on promoting choice, control, and independence. Residents have numerous opportunities to develop new skills and increase their independence while receiving coordinated care that meets their needs.
