This service in Hereford provides accommodation and care for up to seven people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and dementia. At the time of inspection, all seven residents were living at the home.

The service is designed around values of choice, promotion of independence and inclusion, enabling people with learning disabilities and autism to live as ordinary a life as any citizen. The care is developed in line with best practice guidance.
