Shaftesbury Wall Street

Livability Wall Street is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 10 adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities. The service comprises self-contained flats, with eight people accommodated downstairs and two upstairs. At inspection, the home was at full capacity with ten residents.

The home supports people to access respect, equality, dignity, choices and independence within their daily lives. Staff work to enable residents to participate in their local communities and make decisions about their own care and support. At the time of inspection, the service was operating with all available places filled.
