Oakleigh House

Oakleigh House provides care and support for up to five people with mental health conditions. At inspection, all five available places were occupied. Care plans were person-centred but contained repetitive information and lacked consistency across documentation.

Safeguarding procedures were in place and staff demonstrated clear understanding of these protocols. Appropriate recruitment checks had been completed before staff began work, with sufficient staffing levels to meet people's care and support needs. The service had assessed risks to people to help ensure their individual needs were met.
