Acacia Lodge

Acacia Lodge provides accommodation and personal care to 18 people, with capacity for up to 32, and offers respite services. The home supports residents with varied needs, including dementia, mental health conditions, and physical health requirements. People and their relatives consistently told inspectors that staff were kind and they felt safe at the home. While improvements had been made to care quality since the last inspection, concerns remained about record keeping for people at risk of dehydration or malnutrition. The electronic care planning system was also not consistently up to date across all residents.
