Meadowside Care Home

Meadowside is a care home for older people with dementia and physical frailty, accommodating 68 residents across six flats on three floors, each with its own dining area and lounge. At the time of inspection, 50 people were living at the home.

People and their relatives felt residents were safe. Staff and management understood how to identify potential signs of abuse and escalate concerns appropriately. Accidents and incidents were reviewed by management to ensure they were handled safely and to prevent future occurrences. The home maintained safe recruitment processes and procedures.
