Catherine Lodge accommodates up to 39 people requiring personal care, with 36 residents living there at the time of inspection. Staff conduct daily health checks including temperature, blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation monitoring to identify infection symptoms early. The home maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with additional daily cleaning rounds implemented throughout the facility and targeted cleaning of high-touch points such as door handles. All staff have received specific training in infection prevention and control, with new team members receiving this training as part of their onboarding.
