Oaklands Rest Home

Oaklands Rest Home provides personal care to 25 residents, with capacity for up to 29 people. The home supports older people, including those living with dementia. There is a friendly atmosphere throughout the home, with staff supporting people in a kind and caring way that takes account of their individual needs and preferences. Residents and their families are encouraged to express their views and participate in decisions about their care and support.

The home has systems and processes in place to protect people from harm, and medicines are managed safely. Staff receive training in recognising and responding to abuse and understand their responsibility to report concerns.
