West Cliff Hall

West Cliff Hall provides accommodation and personal care for up to 59 older people, including those living with dementia. The home has facilities arranged across three floors with lift access to all areas. At the time of inspection, 39 people were accommodated along with one person receiving respite care.

The service has systems in place for managing medicines safely, though these processes are not always followed consistently. Infection control procedures are also not always effectively implemented. Staff levels were mixed, with agency workers block booked to help manage shortfalls. The home safeguards people from abuse and has systems in place to protect their wellbeing.
