West Cliff Hall

West Cliff Hall provides accommodation with nursing and personal care for up to 59 people, including those living with dementia. It was accommodating 53 people at the time of the assessment, which focused on safety and leadership after concerns were raised about staffing and reported incidents.

The CQC found the home had made clear improvements and was no longer in breach of regulations, resulting in a rating of good overall. Inspectors found robust systems for learning from incidents, good staffing levels, and residents describing themselves as safe, well supported and happy with staff responsiveness.
