Kirpa Residential Care

Haven Rose provides personal care and accommodation for up to 16 older people, including those living with dementia or mental health conditions. At inspection, 11 people were using the service, with accommodation spread across three floors accessible by stairs.

Residents and their relatives reported feeling happy, safe, included and well cared for. The service was clean, though ongoing refurbishment was underway. However, risks related to legionella had not been fully mitigated at the time of inspection.
