Oaklands Residential Home

Oaklands provides accommodation and personal care for up to 21 older people, with 18 residents receiving personal care at the time of inspection. The home spans two floors with en-suite bedrooms on each level, accessible via lift, and includes a well-maintained garden and car parking facilities.

Residents were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives. People were safely supported and protected from harm or abuse through effective safeguarding systems. While staffing levels were deemed safe, staff reported feeling extremely busy and believed additional staff would be beneficial.
