Whitwood Grange provides residential care for people with learning disabilities and autism. The service accommodates up to 17 people across three separate areas: two six-bedded houses and five self-contained flats. At the time of inspection, eight people were using the service.

People felt safe, with systems in place to safeguard them from abuse. Staff managed risks effectively and knew people well, understanding individual risk management issues. Medication was administered correctly by appropriately trained staff.

The service delivers person-centred support designed to help people live meaningful lives with choice, control, and independence, ensuring they receive planned and coordinated care appropriate to their needs.
