Highfield Care Centre

Highfield Care Centre accommodates up to 88 older people, some living with dementia, across four units. At inspection, 40 people were using the service with two units operational. The centre provides personal care and maintains systems to record and manage incidents effectively.

Staff administer medicines safely overall, though inspectors noted concerns about storage of medicines awaiting removal. The provider actively addresses maintenance issues and oversees the upkeep of the facility. However, allergies were not consistently recorded for all residents, an issue raised with the registered manager during the inspection.
