Staff administer medicines safely overall, though inspectors noted concerns about storage of medicines awaiting removal. The provider actively addresses maintenance issues and oversees the upkeep of the facility. However, allergies were not consistently recorded for all residents, an issue raised with the registered manager during the inspection.
