Oaklands

Oaklands provides short break residential care and personal care for young adults with learning disabilities. The service can accommodate up to two people overnight at a time, with nine people using the service regularly. At inspection, two people were staying at the service. The home also operates a non-regulated day service on the same site for people using the short break provision.

The service is designed to enable people to live full lives and achieve the best possible outcomes. Staff support residents to maintain independence and participate in meaningful activities within the community.
