Broadland View Care Home

This residential care home accommodates up to 26 older people, including those living with dementia, in a single adapted building. At inspection, 24 people were using the service. Residents and relatives provided positive feedback about the quality of care they received.

However, the inspection identified significant concerns regarding risk management and safeguarding practices. Safeguarding concerns had not consistently been referred to the local authority for investigation or reported to CQC. When safeguarding issues were identified by the provider, they did not always respond promptly, raising questions about the quality of leadership and provider oversight at the service.
