About Mary Chapman Court
Mary Chapman Court accommodates up to 34 older people, including those living with dementia, across two floors. At inspection, 29 residents were using the service. Each bedroom has a wash hand basin and toilet, with shared bathrooms and living areas on each floor and a private enclosed garden available.
During inspection, inspectors found that information relating to why "as required medicines" were administered was not consistently recorded. The registered manager took action during the inspection to address this issue.
