North Lincolnshire Council Home First Residential

North Lincolnshire Council Home First Residential supports up to 30 people through rehabilitation and re-ablement, with an average stay of 14 days. The service facilitates timely discharges from hospital, helping people return home while improving their independence. On-site nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and social workers support residents to regain skills and abilities.

People are protected from harm and abuse, with risks to safety managed whilst respecting their freedom. Medicines are administered as prescribed and infection prevention systems are in place. At the time of inspection, 29 people were using the service.
