The Manor House

The Manor House provides care for people with learning disabilities across a main house and five bungalows on its grounds. It supports up to 18 people, with 16 residents at the time of inspection. Care is person-centred and focused on helping people develop new skills and increase independence. Staff demonstrate strong safeguarding knowledge and report concerns appropriately. The home maintains safe recruitment practices and ensures people receive prescribed medicines correctly.

Residents benefit from good nutrition support and have access to appropriate healthcare services. Staff monitor and promote residents' wellbeing throughout their time at the service. The home prioritises coordinated, inclusive care that reflects each person's individual needs and preferences.
