Inspectors found breaches relating to consent, safe care and treatment, and good governance, though the earlier staffing breach had been resolved. Staff told inspectors they felt supported, and residents generally said they felt safe and well cared for. However, feedback on involvement in care planning was mixed, with several people unaware they had a care plan, and some residents described limited activities and inconsistent staff availability.
