About Normanton Retirement Home
Normanton Retirement Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 29 people, some of whom are living with dementia. During inspection, 28 people were receiving services at the home.
People are not always safe at the home. Systems and procedures for identifying safety improvements are ineffective, and infection prevention and control measures are not adequate to protect people from infectious illnesses. The provider's quality monitoring procedures fail to identify necessary improvements needed to drive good care and support.
