Swan Hill House Residential Home

Swan Hill House provides personal care for up to 28 older people in a four-floor adapted building. At inspection, 25 people were using the service, with accommodation including four shared bedrooms.

There were concerns about the safe management and administration of medicines, though the provider took immediate action to address these issues following inspection. Staff had received training in safeguarding. People shared mixed views about staffing levels, but there was no evidence people were at risk of harm. Residents told inspectors they felt safe living at the home and were satisfied with the support provided by staff.
