Elms House

Elms House provides short-term residential care and rehabilitation support to adults with mental health needs, accommodating up to 14 people across 11 bedrooms in the main house and 3 independent living flats. At inspection, 13 people were using the service. The home is situated close to local amenities and offers communal living spaces and a large garden.

Governance systems were in place, though the provider did not always have oversight of the landlord's health and safety checks to ensure all required areas were covered. While numerous in-house audits were completed, inspectors found that actions identified were not always documented in monitored action plans.
