The home implemented isolation procedures for residents who tested positive for Covid-19, with risk assessments completed for those unable to comply due to cognitive needs.

The service maintained a visiting policy enabling relatives to see residents safely in a designated visiting room with social distancing measures and a separate external entrance. Staff supported residents' emotional and social wellbeing by facilitating interactions between residents and organising activities such as bingo that followed social distancing guidelines.
