Nicholl Grange

Nicholl Grange is a small care home providing personal care and accommodation for up to 14 people with a mental health diagnosis. All 14 beds were occupied at the time of inspection. People received safe care from staff who understood how to keep them protected. The home maintained adequate staffing levels and had robust recruitment processes including appropriate safety checks before employing staff. Residents managed their own medicines, with the provider implementing systems to monitor safe use. Staff had access to personal protective equipment as needed.
