Pegasus Care Home

Pegasus Care Home provides residential care and supported living for up to 12 people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. At inspection, 11 people lived at the home while seven others received 24-hour support in their own homes, some in shared accommodation. Staff knew residents well and supported them with medicines, though medication records needed improvement to ensure accurate tracking. Care plans and risk assessments required more detail to reflect people's individual aspirations, goals, and opportunities to develop life skills. Safety risks were not always properly documented to explain restrictions on certain areas of the home. The registered manager was responsive to feedback and took action to address identified issues.
