Trinity View Care Home

Trinity View Care Home provides residential care and accommodation to six people with dementia, with capacity for up to eight residents. During the inspection, inspectors found that oversight systems were not always effective, and risks had not always been fully assessed to keep people safe. However, staff had received safeguarding training and understood how to report suspected abuse. The home employed enough experienced and trained staff who knew residents' individual needs and were able to provide appropriate support.
