Brook Lane is a residential care home supporting up to 10 people with learning disabilities. At inspection, seven people were using the service. The home provides support to adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, alongside those with mental health conditions and physical disabilities. Staff work to ensure residents have respect, equality, dignity, and choices, with good access to local communities.
