Quaker House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 40 older people in grounds close to local amenities and the town centre. At inspection, 28 people were using the service. People and their relatives described the home as very well managed, with one person commenting that "the quality of care is paramount in their minds." The atmosphere is friendly, with staff supporting residents in a kind and caring way that takes account of individual needs and preferences. People and their families are supported to express their views and be involved in decisions about their care and support.
