Residents feel safe and are central to the service's approach, with positive feedback received from relatives and professionals about the quality of care provided.

Staff understand how to keep people safe and have received safeguarding training to identify, prevent and report abuse. Recruitment checks are conducted before staff begin work to ensure they are of good character and have necessary skills.
