About Neville Court
Neville Court is a purpose-built nursing home providing care for 20 people with complex physical, mental health, and behavioural needs across two units of 10 people each. Staff maintain robust management procedures and report concerns promptly, ensuring people feel safe. Risks are managed with consideration for personal preferences, promoting positive risk taking where possible.
Staffing levels enable people to enjoy choices and options throughout the day. Staff demonstrate competence in their roles and support people effectively. The service continues to provide good quality care.
