People were supported safely with their medicines, and the home maintained robust recruitment processes with thorough checks before staff began work. Sufficient staff numbers were on duty to meet people's care needs.

The registered manager and staff understood how to keep people safe, with individual risks assessed and included in care planning, though one care plan needed more timely updating. Staff interactions with residents were positive, with clear respect shown for privacy and dignity. Staff had received appropriate training and supervision to deliver quality care.
