Risks were properly assessed, identified, and managed safely, with a system in place to record and act on accidents and incidents in a timely manner.

Medicines were stored, administered, and managed safely with accurate records maintained throughout. The home had sufficient staff deployed to meet residents' needs promptly, and the provider followed safe recruitment practices. Staff implemented infection control practices that effectively reduced the risk of infection, protecting people from potential harm.
