Beechmore Court is a care home in Bromley providing personal care and support for up to 37 older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC rated the service outstanding overall, moving up from its previous good rating, after finding warm, highly personalised care delivered by a stable, well-led staff team, safe practices, and effective health monitoring.

Inspectors found staff went above and beyond to know people as individuals, with an exceptional activities programme and strong involvement of relatives. Residents and families described the home as one of the best they had known, and leadership was praised for robust oversight, openness and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
