Queen Elizabeth House

Queen Elizabeth House provides accommodation and residential care for up to 28 older people, including those living with dementia and physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, the home was supporting 23 people.

The home had implemented a COVID-19 contingency plan throughout the pandemic. While family and friends visiting had been restricted, the provider ensured people could maintain contact with loved ones through video and phone calls. People using the service were being supported to self-isolate as needed.
