Foxbridge House

Foxbridge House provides personal and nursing care to people aged 65 and over, with 55 residents at the time of inspection. The home can accommodate up to 84 people across four separate wings, each with adapted facilities. Staff have received safeguarding training and understand how to protect people from abuse. Risks are managed effectively, and lessons are learned from incidents and accidents to prevent future harm.

The service has sufficient staffing to deliver safe support, and medicines are administered and managed safely. Staff follow infection control procedures to reduce infection risks. Residents receive personalised support, with care plans reviewed regularly to reflect their current needs. People and their relatives are involved in planning care and are kept informed of any changes to their support.
