119 Victoria Street provides accommodation and personal care for up to three adults with a learning disability. At the time of inspection, three people were living at the service. The small, consistent staff team demonstrated genuine care and kindness toward residents. Staff members knew the people they supported well and maintained good relationships with them. Residents were actively encouraged and supported to maintain their independence.

The care service reflected best practice values emphasizing choice and promoting individual autonomy. Residents' experience of care was characterized by attentive support from staff who understood their needs and preferences. The home fostered an environment where people felt valued and supported in their daily lives and personal development.
