Prospect House is a care home supporting up to nine people with learning disabilities, dementia and mental health needs in a large detached house on a residential street. At the time of inspection, nine people were living there. The home has supported people to understand COVID-19 protection measures, adapted visits in line with safe guidance, and enabled regular contact with friends and relatives through telephone and video calls.

People have been supported to access local areas for walks and drives out as restrictions have permitted, while maintaining appropriate social distancing.
