About Hilltop
Hilltop supports up to six people with learning and physical disabilities and autism. Four people were living there at the time of inspection. The small domestic setting promotes residents' opportunity to live full lives within a home environment rather than an institutional setting.
The service has been developed according to best practice guidance, ensuring people receive support aligned with current principles for quality care. Staff work to enable residents to experience positive outcomes through individualised support that respects their rights and promotes their wellbeing.
