Hobbits Holt

Hobbits Holt provides support, personal care and accommodation for up to seven adults living with a learning disability, autism and behaviours that may challenge. Staff have received training in medicines management and safeguarding, with managers routinely assessing their competency to ensure they work safely with people. People are protected from abuse and harassment and receive appropriate support to take their medicines safely.

The service centres on people's needs, with staff responsive and dedicated to helping them live fulfilled lives and reach their potential. Staff tailor their approach to meet each individual's requirements, and people's involvement and feedback are valued by the provider. Staff demonstrate patience and commitment to supporting the people they care for.
