Mortimer House provides personal and nursing care to 20 people with learning difficulties and/or dementia in a two-storey adapted building with capacity for up to 28 residents. The service is designed to support people in living meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence through person-centred care planning. Staff work to ensure residents receive coordinated support tailored to their individual needs and preferences, enabling them to achieve the best possible outcomes and participate as fully as possible in their daily lives.
