St George's provides residential personal and nursing care for up to 68 people, with a current population of 53 residents. The service supports older people and those living with dementia, with the upper floor dedicated to dementia care. People reported feeling safe and praised staff for treating them well, describing them as "brilliant" and noting they "go above and beyond." However, both residents and staff consistently raised concerns about staffing levels being challenging at times. While this didn't compromise safety, it meant staff couldn't always deliver the level of personalised care they aspired to provide.
