Kingswood Court Care Home

Kingswood Court provides personal and nursing care for up to 66 people aged 65 and over. At the time of inspection, 46 residents were living at the home, which is arranged over three floors in a single building. While some improvements had been made since the last inspection, the governance system remained ineffective. Staff did not consistently complete food and fluid charts, and repositioning charts for residents contained gaps. Inspectors found shortfalls in people's records and monitoring of their wellbeing, though there was no evidence that anyone had come to harm. Further work was needed to embed effective governance systems at the home.
